Delete Your Account - CalmPup

This page lets you request deletion of your CalmPup account and all data associated with it. There are two ways to do it - directly in the app (immediate), or by contacting us from here.

Option 1: Delete Immediately in the App (recommended)

The fastest route. Deletion happens right away, with no waiting:

1. Open the CalmPup app
2. Go to the Profile tab
3. Tap Settings
4. Select Delete account
5. Confirm

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email

If you no longer have access to the app, or have removed it from your device, there is no need to reinstall it. Send us a request and we will handle it:

Send an account deletion request support@calm-pup.com

If the link does not open, email support@calm-pup.com manually with the subject "Account Deletion Request - CalmPup", including:

• The email address you registered with
• Your dog's name as entered in the app - for identity verification

We will verify the request and complete the deletion within 14 business days, and send you confirmation by email. We ask for verification details so that only the account owner can delete the account.

What Gets Deleted

Account deletion is irreversible and removes all of the following:

• Your account and profile details (name, email address, profile picture)
• Dog profile - name, breed, age, sex and behavioural challenges
• All training history, progress, streaks, achievements and statistics
• Photos and videos you uploaded
• Saved tips, activities you created, and weekly recaps
• Retained AI Trainer conversations
• Preferences, settings and notification tokens
• Consultation and private training requests, including their questionnaires and attached videos
• Your subscriber record at our subscription management provider (RevenueCat)

What Is Retained, and Why

Before You Delete - Please Note

Want to Delete Only Some Data?

You do not have to delete the whole account:

• Photos - can be removed or replaced at any time via profile editing in the app
• Dog details - can be edited via profile editing
• Notifications - can be turned off in app settings
• Saved tips - can be deleted individually
